Muthoni Advocates was founded 2017 and is managed by Carole Theuri.

 

Carole is a Kenyan attorney with an (LLB-Hons) from the University of Kent UK and a Masters of Law (LLM) in Intellectual Property from Stellenbosch University. She is a member of the Kenya Law Society and a student member of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law (SAIIPL).

Carole was previously an Associate with ROUSE Africa in Cape Town South Africa and in  2017, returned to Kenya to start her own firm - Muthoni Advocates.

 

Muthoni Advocates is well equipped to handle Intellectual Property (IP) filings, prosecution, portfolio management, enforcement of IP rights and training on IP matters in Africa.
